The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and charge sheet has also been filed. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides, nature of the offence and the charge sheet has also been filed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.12672 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Villupuram, daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m, until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram, once in a week at 10.30 a.m until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 10-07-2026 DRL To 1.
