After some hearing, Ms. Esha Mazumdar, learned Counsel for the petitioners prays that the Central Administrative Tribunal1 may be requested, in the event that OA 782/2026 cannot be taken up on 12 May 2026 when it is listed, the Tribunal to take up the aspect of interim relief and the prayer made by the petitioners for vacation of the interim order already passed. 1 “the Tribunal”, hereinafter Digitally Signed By:AJIT KUMAR Signing Date:22.04.2026 11:55:37 Signature Not Verified W.P.(C) 5092/2026 2. We accordingly request the Tribunal that, in the event that it is not able to take up OA 782/2026 for disposal, to consider the aspect of whether the interim order deserves to be continued. 3. Learned Counsel for the parties are agreeable that in case the prayer for interim relief / vacation thereof is to be considered, it may be considered on the basis of the pleadings as they exist today. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. 5.
