Mr. Basant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Ms. Abhilasha Tomar, learned counsel for the respondent/Bank. 3. The petitioner took two loans. One is the Tractor loan in the year 2022 and other one Gold loan in 2025. Both the accounts were declared NPA and now the Bank issued notice to the petitioner to pay the outstanding amount in respect of Gold loan within 15 days. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to pay entire outstanding dues, but he wants three months’ time to clear the dues. 5. Ms. Abhilasha Tomar, who appears for the Bank, submits that the petitioner failed to pay the amount within 15 days and as such the Bank rightly proceed with auction. 6. Since the petitioner is ready to pay the entire outstanding amount within a period of three months whereas the Bank is giving only 15 days’ time; in such view of the matter since the petitioner is intended to give the outstanding dues, this court is of the view that three months period is reasonable to pay the outstanding amount. In such view of the matter the petitioner is directed to pay the complete outstanding dues in respect of Gold loan on or before 31.03.2026, till then auction proceeding shall remain in abeyance. 7. It is made clear that if the petitioner failed to pay the outstanding dues the respondent is free to proceed as per law. 8.
