2. Mr. M. Rajesh, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the criminal revision petition.
3. Mr.M.M.I. Khaleel, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the Respondents has stated that he has no objection to allowing this petition.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 301 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.
5. The Office is directed to allot the regular number to Crl.R.C., and list the case for final disposal on 21.09.2026.

6. In the meantime, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) is directed to file counter in the Criminal Revision within four weeks and two weeks thereafter is allowed for the counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder to counter affidavit.
