The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 239/2025. 3. It has been alleged that the informant and his two sons were brutally assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner as they had intervened in a quarrel, the accused persons were having with one Ashok Yadav. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that there has been a delay of 07 days in institution of the First Information Report. 5. It has been alleged that the petitioner is attributed to have committed assault upon Bharat Saw along with the other accused persons. 6. Learned Counsel adds that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. 7. Learned A.P.P. as well as learned Counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the generality of allegations levelled against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Jainagar P.S.
