No. 5 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 6 ORDER This Review Application has been filed seeking to review the final order dated Order dated 01.06.2026 passed in W.P.(Crl)No.1084 of 2026 by this Court. 2. This Court, in W.P.(Crl) No. 1084 of 2026 dated 01.06.2026, directed the 4th respondent to provide adequate police protection to the Advocate Commissioner while taking physical possession of the subject property. This was to be done after issuing notice to the petitioner, the borrowers, and the occupiers of the building, providing them an opportunity for a personal hearing, and passing appropriate orders. 3. Mr. E. Omprakash, the learned Senior Counsel, submitted that in view of the directions issued by this Court, the fourth respondent conducted an enquiry with all the counter-parties whose claims had already been denied by the Division Bench of this Court. Apart from that, the subject property was dealt with subsequent to the order passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, in Crl.M.P. No. 172 of 2019 dated 28.03.2019. Currently, the Tahsildar has attached the property in respect of other claims; however, the said attachment is subsequent to the proceedings initiated by the petitioner herein. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis REV.APLWP Crl. In view of the above, the 4th respondent is directed to provide adequate police protection to the Advocate Commissioner while taking physical possession of the subject property within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
