Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i) That the impugned Show Cause Notices dated 18.12.2025 contained in Annexure P- and any other subsequent orders or notices issued by Respondent No.2 against the Petitioner may kindly be quashed and set aside. ii) That the matter pending before the respondent No.2 and 3 may kindly be transfer to some other concerned authority.” 2. This Court is of the considered view that the petition is completely misconceived. It is only a show cause notice 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:825 which was issued to the petitioner, which obviously has to be responded to by the party. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Officer misbehaves with the petitioner can be taken care of by permitting the petitioner to take along a counsel with him for appearance before the Labour Officer. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the date for appearance is tomorrow i.e. 06.01.2026, it will not be possible for the petitioner to appear before the Officer concerned. 4. Let a counsel on behalf of the petitioner appear before the Authority on 06.01.2026 and seek a date and on the next date petition shall appear along-with counsel before the Authority concerned. 5.
