When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. D. Yashwanth Rajan, learned Government Counsel appearing for the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR & CE) Department, submitted that an enquiry has already been initiated and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with the law. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Counsel, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
