HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.17633 of 2026 O R DE R: The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of the Respondents in placing the Petitioner below the APPSC 2013 direct recruits, who were appointed subsequent to the Petitioner and in issuing the final seniority list of Assistant Executive Engineers on 03.03.2025 as arbitrary and illegal. 2. The only ground urged by the Petitioner is that an appeal was filed by Respondent No.1 on 06.11.2025 and if the same is considered on merits, the same would suffice to resolve the issue in this writ petition. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the appeal filed by the Petitioner under Rule 26 of the A.P.State and Subordinate Service Rules would be considered on merits and appropriate orders will be communicated. 4. In that view, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondents to consider the appeal filed by the Petitioner on 06.11.2025 questioning the final seniority list of Assistant Executive Engineers on 03.03.2025, on merits and in accordance

with the Rules in vogue as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
