The gist of facts leading to the instant case is that the de-facto complainant is working as a Counter Staff in the Cinema Theatre. On the day of occurrence, since already the tickets were sold, the tickets were denied to the accused. The accused claiming themselves as the Fan Association Office Bearers abused the de-facto complainant and also threatened to burn the Theatre. Now it is submitted that the parties have ironed out the differences. It is also requested that apart from the FIR, the final report filed also to be quashed. 4. Thus, it can be seen that this matter is a fit case for the exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction to quash the case on compromise. 5. Accordingly, this Crl.O.P. No.16780 of 2026 stands allowed. The Crime No.65 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent Police stands quashed.
