The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 20.03.2026. In the said representation, the petitioner stated that the premises is being used for residential purposes and, therefore, property tax ought to be levied at the residential rate instead of the commercial rate. The petitioner requested the second respondent to reclassify the property tax from commercial to residential. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondents till date. 3. The learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner’s representation dated 20.03.2026 will be considered in accordance with law within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. 4.
