(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated 20.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, petitioner has been considered as deemed regular employee of the State in the pay scale of ₹10300- 34800+3600 Grade Pay plus other allowances from the date when she was initially appointed/joined on contract basis with all consequential benefits, but since she approached this Court at a belated stage, decision has been taken to extend the monetary benefits notionally. 2 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid document, which is taken on record, submission made by learned Deputy Advocate General appears to be correct. 3. Since there was only direction to respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner and respondents by way of office order dated 20.09.2025 have considered the case of the petitioner in light of judgments rendered by this Court in Himachal Pradesh Government Teachers Union and Narinder Singh Thakur, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly the same is disposed of, however, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate Court of law, laying therein challenge to order passed in purported compliance of mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed.
