This is an application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- Page No.# 2/2 arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Surendar Sharma who is apprehending arrest in connection with Changshari P.S. Case No. 44/2026 registered under Sections 316/318/318(1)/314/336/340/308/351 of BNS, 2023. 3. This case was fixed today for production of the case diary, but it is submitted by Mr. Borthakur, learned APP submitted that Final Report has already been submitted by police vide F.R. No. 18/2026 dated 15.04.2026 and accordingly, submitted that at present there is no case against the present petitioner. 4. In view of above, as the case has ended in F.R., against the present petitioner, the present pre-arrest bail application become infructuous and accordingly the present petition stands disposed of. 5.
