The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; i. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other writ quashing the order dated 03.10.2020 at Sl.No.87 of the Note Sheet maintained by the BBMP bearing File No. KTR/237/16-17 in respect of the Schedule Property vide Annexure-K; ii. Issue a writ in the nature of the Mandamus or any other writ directing the 2nd Respondent to restore Khata pertaining to the Schedule Property to the name of the petitioner; iii. Alternatively, issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the R2 to consider the representation dated 09.10.2020 Annexure-L; iv. Pass such other Order/s or grant such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant, in the interest of justice and equity. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:3103 WP No. 14589 of 2020 2. After arguing for some time, both the counsel submit that the respondent No.4 having filed a suit in O.S.No.7715 of 2024, the lis between the parties would have to be decided in the said suit, the parties would be bound by any judgment/decree passed in the said suit which would include the issues raised in the present petition. Both their submissions are placed on record. 3. Since the Khata of the property stands in name of the petitioner, the said Khata shall continue in the name of the petitioner subject to the result of O.S.No.7715 of 2024. 4.
