Crl.M.P.No.4458 of 2026 in Crl.RC.SR.No.6659 of 2026 SHAMIM AHMED, J. This petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 52 days in filing the criminal revision petition. 2. Heard Ms. Jamuna, learned counsel for the Petitioner . 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she has taken fresh steps to serve notice on the respondent through court as well as by private mode. The private notice sent to the respondent was returned with an endorsement ‘refused’. Thus, it appears that the respondent inspite of knowledge about the pendency of the case refused to receive the notice. Therefore, it is deemed that service is complete and service on the respondent is held to be sufficient. The returned notice is taken on record. 4. Today when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent through any Advocate or in person. Thus it appears that the respondent has nothing to say anything on the delay condonation application. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis SHAMIM AHMED, J . msr 5. The Office is directed to allot regular number to Crl.R.C., and list the case for admission on 11.08.2026. 08.07.2026 msr Crl.M.P.No.4458 of 2026 in Crl.RC.SR.No.6659 of 2026 2/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
