The petitioner herein is assailing the order dated 09.09.2025 passed by respondent No.2 (Annexure - P) and order dated 18.09.2025 passed by respondent No.4 (Annexure - Q). - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12950 WP No. 32877 of 2025 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the impugned orders are appealable in nature. Therefore, it is open for the petitioner to file an appeal before the competent authority under the provisions of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983. 4. In that view of the matter, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file an appeal before the competent authority. In the event, if such an appeal is preferred before the competent authority within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of this order, the period spent by the petitioner before this Court will be condoned under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963. 5.
