By filing this writ petition, the petitioner prays that the respondent no.2 be directed to take appropriate action against respondent nos. 5 and others due to whose inaction, the amount of money which the petitioner is entitled to on completion of her contractual work in 2023 was not paid to her and further it is her case that in spite of completion of work, the respondents has certified that the petitioner has completed only 86% of the work for which the petitioner is suffering immensely. 3. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner categorically submits that he has filed this writ application with a prayer only to direct the respondent no.2 to take action against respondent no.5. 4. Considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, I am not inclined 2026:JHHC:8084 2 to entertain this writ application. 5. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any mala fide action of the government official, she may approach the Office of Lokayukt by filing a complaint. 6.
