Ashok Babu has been taken over as the Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Administrative Reforms and Training Department. By filing this Interlocutory Application, the applicant seek impleadment of Dr. P. Ashok Babu, the Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Administrative Reforms and Training Department as the respondent No.5 in the connected Contempt Case No.602/2025. Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, Dr. P. Ashok Babu is impleaded as respondent No.5 in the aforesaid Contempt Case No. 602/2025 in the interest of justice.
