In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for proper investigation into the complaint made by him though the petitioner is not sure as to whether any First Information Report has been registered on the said complaint or not. Mr. Yogesh Modi, learned AC to A.A.G.-IA for the respondent-State has copiously referred to the complaint made by the petitioner and a perusal of which reveals that there is a dispute with respect to the property between the petitioner and his siblings. Apart from the fact that the dispute appears to be civil in nature the petitioner always has an alternative remedy to approach the Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law.
