The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned promotion order 2 dated 15.02.2022 (P/1) issued by respondents Director, Directorate of Medical Education, Raipur in respect of private respondents. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned letter/order dated 28.02.2022 (P/2) issued by respondents Principal, Government Nursing College, Ambikapur, District – Sarguja. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondents to allow the petitioner perform her duties on the post of Demonstrator. 10.4 That, any other relief(s)/direction(s)/order(s), which the Hon’ble Court deems fit & proper, may kindly be pleased to granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage. 3.
