The said Joint Memorandum of Compromise evidences the fact that the petitioner has agreed and also paid a sum of Rs.14,50,000/- to the 1st respondent in full quits and also undertaken to withdraw EP.No.38 of 2025. 3. In the light of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, in terms of the said Joint Memorandum of Compromise. No costs.
