The petitioner has challenged the impugned communication dated February 19, 2025 wherein the respondent authorities decided to impose a tender holiday upon the petitioner for a period of twelve months i.e. till February 19, 2026 due to violation of prudent and lawful business ethics and policies applicable to vendors. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the tender holiday imposed upon the petitioner is over by February 19, 2026 and thus, the writ petition filed by the petitioner has become infructuous. 5. In view of the above, WPA 202 of 2026 is dismissed as infructuous. This Court has not gone into the merit of the matter. (Krishna Rao, J.)
