It is further submitted that the petitioner is finding it difficult to stay at Salem, as she is suffering from medical ailments and is also having a child aged about 2½ years. Hence, he prays for modification. 3. Considering the above submissions, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed in Para No.6 (b) in Crl.OP.NO.16091 of 2026 , dated 25.06.2026 is modified to the effect that “(c) the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for the purpose of interrogation”. The other conditions remain unaltered. 4.
