JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 19/02/2026 After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to avail the remedy of appeal provided under Section 83 of the JDA Act, so as to challenge the impugned action and orders of the JDA by which the petitioner is aggrieved. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty [2026:RJ-JP:8017] (2 of 2) [CW-3237/2026] to the petitioner to avail appropriate alternative statutory remedy available to him under the JDA Act so as to challenge the order by which he is aggrieved. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative statutory remedy available to him under the JDA Act. In view of the order passed in the main petition, the stay application and pending application/s, if any, also stand disposed of.
