The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No.141 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 132, 115(2), 117(2), 121(1), 121(2), 109(1), 324(4), 49, 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are five named accused and the allegations are there against 45 to 50 unknown persons of assembling and pelting stones upon police. He further submits that the altercation took place as one 2026:JHHC:8200 --2-- A.B.A. No. 1312 of 2026 person was caught teasing one of the girl. He then submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.16 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegation of pelting stones upon police force are there and the petitioner is named in the FIR. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation of pelting stone upon all the accused persons including the petitioner and it has been pointed out that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.16 of the petition and in that view of the matter the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
