03/ 20.03.2026 This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of Cr. Rev. Filing No. 7704 of 2025 to its original file, which was dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 18.12.2025 passed by this court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already surrendered before the learned court on 15.01.2026 and statement to that effect has been made in para-6 of the present petition. He next submits that inadvertently the typed copy of certain document has not been filed within the stipulated time and due to peremptory order, the said criminal revision has been dismissed.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has not raised any serious objection, if the said criminal revision is restored to its original file.

Considering the aforesaid submission and the averments made in the present petition, the court finds that sufficient ground is made out for restoration of Cr. Rev. Filing No. 7704 of 2025. As such, Cr. Rev. Filing No. 7704 of 2025 is restored to its original file.

This criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed and
disposed of.
