This is an application for condonation of delay of 261 days in filing the appeal. 3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and since there is no objection on behalf of the respondent, we are inclined to condone the delay. 4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed. 5.
