Side) for R1 & R2 ORDER The petitioners are an accused in Cr.No.88 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, for the alleged offences under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989(the Act). 2. In view thereof, the petitioners have prayed that their bail application be considered on the same day. Considering the provisions of the Act, the allegations and factual background, I am of the view that the prayer can be considered. However, the hearing of the bail application shall take place with due notice to the de facto complainant. 3.
