HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:2379-DB CCC No. 542 of 2025
to respondent No.3 to implement its own order dated 26.06.2019 in Case No. RRT.CR.269/2015-16 (Annexure-A) in favour of the petitioner within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
2. In terms of the order dated 26.06.2019 passed in RRT.CR.269/2015-16, the revenue entries were to be entered in the name of the father-in-law of the complainant (late Sri Ramaiah). The said entry has now been effected.
3. In view of the above, we do not consider it apposite to initiate any proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
4. The complaint is, accordingly, closed.
5. However, we clarify that this order would not preclude the complainant from availing other remedies considering that Sri Ramaiah has expired even prior to the filing of the writ petition.
