ORDER:
Present contempt has been filed alleging violation of interim
order dated 20.06.2025 passed in W.P. No.11131 of 2025, by which there has been direction to the 4th respondent to forward the application stated to have been made by petitioner to 5th respondent, competent authority to consider and dispose of the application by passing appropriate speaking orders.
2. As there was no representation for 2nd respondent on earlier occasion, this Court by order dated 19.06.2026 directed for physical appearance. By way of I.A. No.1 of 2026, the presence of said respondent is sought to be dispensed with on the ground that he is preoccupied with ongoing SIR enquiry.

3. Further, learned counsel for 2nd respondent has also placed on record proceedings dated 05.07.2026 by which the application of writ petitioner came to be disposed of by way of speaking orders. Therefore, it is urged that the orders have been complied with. The copy of the said order has been exchanged with
learned counsel for petitioner.
4. Since the 2nd respondent has passed a speaking order, the
order in the writ petition stands complied with. By aforesaid
order, the application of petitioner came to be rejected, therefore,
learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the same by way of appropriate proceedings.
5. Granting the liberty, contempt case stands closed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this case, if any, shall stand closed.
