The only grievance of the present petitioner is that despite orders having been passed by the learned Court below for release of the seized money of the petitioner in Zimma, which is lying with different banks, some of the banks have not complied with the said order, and in this regard, the proceedings are continuing before the learned Magistrate for nearly the last two years and accordingly, the petitioner seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of the matter, as he is suffering financial loss due to the non-release of his money which amounts to more than Rs. 2 crores. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions and the limited prayer, this criminal revision petition is disposed of with a direction that the Court below, where the matter is pending, shall make an endeavour to dispose of the proceedings as early as possible, preferably within a period of 2 (two) months from today.
