The petitioner is one of the plaintiffs in Title Suit No. 217 of 2015 pending before the 1st Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ranaghat. The plaintiff has challenged and order dated 11th March, 2026. 2. By the said order, the learned Trial Court has refused to recall the order dated 10th February, 2023 allowing the plaintiff no. 3 to withdraw from the suit and directing deletion of his name as the plaintiff in the plaint. 3. Accordingly, the civil revisional application being C.O. 1768 of 2026 is disposed of by recording that the withdrawal of the plaintiff from the suit being Title Suit No. 285 of 2017 shall not prejudice the petitioners and the petitioners shall be entitled to execute any decree if the same is passed in the pending suit in accordance with law.
