Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that under similar circumstances another neighbouring property owner filed writ petition No.33499/2024 being aggrieved of the impugned notice dated 30.11.2024 issued by the respondent No.4 - Tahsildar and this Court disposed - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:6203 WP No. 13642 of 2025 of the writ petition by order dated 12.12.2024 permitting the petitioner to give a reply to the impugned notice dated 30.11.2024 along with all necessary particulars. Directions were also issued to the Tahsildar to consider such reply in accordance with law. Learned counsel prays for similar orders. 3. Accordingly, the following: ORDER Petitioner is given liberty to issued a reply to the notice date 30.11.2024 vide Annexure-F to the writ petition along with all necessary particulars. The same shall be done within two weeks from today and the petitioner shall appear before respondent No.4 on 20.02.2024 without further notice. The petitioner is also permitted to take up all contentions including the jurisdiction of respondent No.4 in issuing such a notice. Upon receipt of such reply, respondent No.4 shall pass appropriate orders in - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:6203 WP No. 13642 of 2025 accordance with law. Till the decision is taken by the respondent No.4, no precipitative action shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the notice dated 30.11.2024 vide Annexure-F to the writ petition. 4.
