Accordingly, the respondents have considered the representation dated 17.03.2026 and rejected the petitioner’s claim. Now the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the Writ Petition and to grant liberty to file fresh writ petition against the rejection order and the same is also endorsed on the bundle.
