Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner who was posted as Medical Officer has filed a writ petition before this Court bearing WPS No. 1631/2023 seeking direction to the authorities to consider and take decision on the application submitted by petitioner with regard to voluntarily retirement. The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 01.12.2025 directing respondents-authorities to take decision on the application for voluntarily retirement submitted by petitioner. Pursuant to the direction issue by this Court, respondents-authorities have taken decision vide order dated 09.02.2026 and has accepted the application of petitioner for voluntarily retirement w.e.f. 21.06.2012, however, thereafter, retirement PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 dues for which petitioner is entitled has not been paid to him. Petitioner thereafter submitted representation before the authorities for disbursement of retiral dues which too has not been considered and decided. Therefore, direction be issued to Respondents No. 1 & 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner vide Annexure P-7 dated 12.02.2026 at the earliest within specified time. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 3. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised, this writ petition at this stage is dispose of directing Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner on 12.02.2026, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 4.
