The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.06.2024, passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.6038/2024 (GM-RES). 2. This court is informed that there is no penalty order. The other documents have been provided to the complainant. However, the same bears an endorsement that the same has been issued under the Right to Information Act, 2005[the Act]. The complainant submits that he has not filed any application under the said Act. In our view, the same may be inconsequential. 4. Since the documents sought for by the complainant have been provided, we are unable to accept that there is any willful disobedience of the order passed by the Court. 5.
