B.S.Manikandan For Respondent(s): MS.R.S.INDIRA, GOVT.ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to furnish the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, in terms of anticipatory bail granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.35099 of 2025 dated 21.01.2026. 2. Considering the above submission, this Court is inclined to grant an extension of time. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.35099 of 2025 dated 21.01.2026. In default of such compliance within the aforesaid period, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled without any further reference to this Court. 3.
