Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Sub-Post Master, Kuanpal Sub-Post Office (O.P. No.4) to consider the grievance of the petitioner as per her representation under Annexure-3 series and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. Till such decision is taken by opposite party no.4, the amount kept in the concerned postal deposit may not be released in favour of any-one. 3.
