3. Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore, these petitions are clubbed together and decided by this common
judgment.

Learned counsel for the parties are unanimous on the point that identical issue was decided by this Court vide
judgment dated 15.12.2025, rendered in WPSS No. 2199 of 2025 and other connected petitions.
5. In such view of the matter, the writ petitions are also decided in terms of the aforesaid
judgment. The impugned suspension order is quashed, however, it shall be open to the competent authority to pass fresh order, as per law.
