The Registrar Judicial is directed to produce the statement of the victim recorded in the POCSO case and the same be placed before this Court at 12.15 PM. Later on at 12:15 PM 3. The Statement of the victim girl was produced by the Registry. 4. From perusal of the record as well as statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., it appears that there is direct allegation against this petitioner for committing rape upon the victim girl, aged about 14 years at the time of occurrence. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the victim girl was aged about 14 years at the time occurrence, I am not Iinclined to grant bail to this petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, in connection with Purvi Tundi P.S. Case No. 44/2025, Special POCSO Case No. 124 of 2025, for the offence under Section 87 of BNS, pending in the Court of Learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Dhanbad is rejected. 6. Since the trial is in progress and the witnesses are being examined, it is expected that trial will be concluded at the earliest. 7.
