Saikia, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 and Mr. M. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.4 and 5. 2. The instant application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condoning the delay of 110 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 23.05.2025, passed by the learned Member Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sonitpur, Tezpur in MAC Case No.41/2024 (D). 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the main causes for the delay have been set out at the paragraphs No.3 to 10 of the application. 4. This Court has perused the same and finds that sufficient cause has been shown to explain the delay of 110 days in filing the appeal. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents has also not objected to the instant applicant. Page No.# 3/3 6. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned. 7.
