As such, an application has been taken out. The correct number, as such, should be “Samsherganj Police Station Case No.727 of 2025 dated 9th July, 2025”. Consequently, in the order dated 19.02.2026 any reference made in respect of the Police Station case should be read as “Samsherganj Police Station Case No.727 of 2025 dated 9th July, 2025”. This may be treated to be a part and parcel of the order dated 19.02.2026. Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections in the order dated 19.02.2026. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is allowed.
