ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners / Accused, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.06.2026, for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12583 of 2026 Protection of Children) Act, in Crime No.115 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners joining hands with other accused found in possession of 400 grams of Ganja and they were arrested with contraband. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they were falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Only based on the confession statement of the co-accused they were implicated in this case. The petitioners are in custody from 04.06.2026. Hence, he prayed bail for the petitioners. 4. The learned Counsel appearing for the State reiterated the prosecution case and reported that the petitioners was arrested with contraband and they are having 15 previous case. Investigation in this case is still pending. He opposed the grant of bail to the petitioners. 5.
