Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up today, learned Additional Advocate General has handed over instructions dated 28.03.2026, received from the Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, relevant portion whereof reads as under:- “ Subject:- Regarding CWP no. 3397/2026-Sunita Devi Vs. State of H.P. & Anr. Sir, Kindly refer to your letter No.CWP 3397/2026 dated 23-03- 2026 on the subject cited above and to say that GSSS(G) and GSSS(B) Nurpur Distt. Kangra have been merged vide Notification No.EDN-B-A(1)-3/2025-L dated 18.02-2026 and GSSS(G) Nurpur renamed as "Bakshi Tek Chand PM Shri 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Government Model Senior Secondary School Nurpur(Lead School). Smt. Sunita Devi, Principal was posted in merged GSSS(B) Nurpur and further, she was directed to join in the Olo Dy. Director, School Education, Kangra at Dharamshala. Further, the Director, School Education, vide letter dated 02.03.2026, has deputed her to the same school as Centre Co-ordinator of the Examination Centre till 31.03.2026. Smt. Sunita Devi, Principal is working at GSSS(B) Nurpur as Co-ordinator Examination Centre. The petitioner can be considered for transfer at nearest School l.e. GSSS(G) Gangath Distt. Kangra (around 10 KM) against vacant post till her superannuation i.e. 30.04.2026. You are, therefore, requested to apprise the Hon'ble Court accordingly.” In light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that let the petitioner be posted at GSSS (Girls) Gangath, District Kangra, H.P. as proposed till her superannuation.
