Petitioner is with the grievance that the decision rendered in Dinesh Kumar Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 has not been complied with by the respondents till date even though consideration order was passed on 18.08.2024. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWPOA No. 6246/2019 decided on 19.06.2023 2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in receipt of pension in terms of the above consideration order. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record a copy of office instructions dated 30.04.2026, including the pensionary yearly statement of the petitioner for the financial year 2025-26, and ongoing financial year 2026-27, conveying that the petitioner is in receipt of pension. 4. Taking note of office instructions and the pensionary yearly statements of the petitioner placed on record, the present execution petition to stand disposed of. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any.
