Having regard to the order passed in the Original Side in WPO no. 930 of 2025 which was disposed of by recording that a demolition order has already been passed in respect of premises no. 393/3F/2, Prince Anwar Saha Road, Ward no. 093, Borough – X, I am of the view that nothing survives in the present writ petition which is for a direction upon the respondents to remove the unauthorized construction raised at the above premises. 2. In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 27491 of 2024 is also disposed of. 3.
