Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested on 8th May, 2026 for alleged recovery of 478 Gms. of Morphin and is in custody even after the charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court. Petitioner additionally addresses the Court on the quantitative analysis of the Chemical Examiner’s Report. State opposes the prayer for bail. Having considered the quantum of recovery in the present case being of commercial quantity, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 2 Accordingly rigors of Section 37 of NDPS Act is attracted. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 2096 of 2026 is dismissed at this stage. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
