The claimant is unrepresented. In view of the above, nothing survives in both these appeals. The matter has been finally settled and the entire amount has been paid to the claimant. In such circumstances, FMAT (WC) 15 of 2026 and FMAT (WC) 19 of 2026 alongwith all connected applications stand disposed of. Liberty is granted to the appellants to withdraw the sum 2 lying deposited with the Commissioner within a period of fourteen days from the date of passing of this order.
