Petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of his representation vide order dated 10.10.2018, passed by Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Uttarakhand. 3. By the said order, petitioner’s claim for regularisation was rejected on the ground that he was engaged in a self-finance course and no post of teacher has been created, against which petitioner can be considered for regularisation. 4. We do not find any reason to interfere with the said order. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner also concedes that petitioner was engaged in a self- finance course, though in a Government Degree College. 6. Admittedly, no post of teacher has been created in B.Ed Department of Government Degree College, Ranikhet, which is being run on 2026:UHC:3494-DB self-financing mode. 7. In the absence of any sanctioned post, there cannot be any direction for regularising the service of the petitioner. The reason assigned in the impugned order cannot be faulted. 8.
