Alleging that her minor daughter (xxxx) aged about 17 years went missing on 09.06.2026 and that no action was taken by the respondent, despite the registration of a case in Crime No. 164 of 2026 the present petition has been filed by the petitioner. 2. This Court by an order dated 24.06.2026 had directed the respondents to produce the victim before this Court. Pursuant to which the victim has been produced before this Court by the second respondent. 3. The learned Counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu(Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner that her daughter(xxx) aged about 17 years went missing a case has been registered in Crime No.164 of 2026 under 'Girl Missing'. Later during investigation it was found that the third respondent who is known to the victim had taken her along with him and they were traced at Tanjore.
